Hi! I'm a high school teacher teaching sophomore English in a high-needs, low income school in Peoria, IL. Kenobi, my dog, and I have been together about six years now and do two things well together--hike and eat. While exploring wooded areas and forest, I try to capture photos of birds, raptors, and other wildlife; Kenobi tries to capture rodents of any and all kind as well as male mallards. We've been learning about road tripping, hiking, and camping through trial and error since the summer of 2015. On my bucket list is the "Ultimate Road Trip" around the 48 continental US States.
